Blueberry Corn Muffins

Yeah!!! Finally a successful batch of yummy muffins!!! Soft and fluffy inside and a little grainy because of the cornmeal....yum yum....wanted to take a photo of the inside but muffin was so yummy I finished it and forgot about the pic!! LOL!!! This batch is for my guinea pigs at work tomorrow or maybe I should say critics....

Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Fillings

Decided to make some chocolate cupcakes for a friends birthday. The choc cupcakes had choc fillings piped into it....then piped my vanilla buttercream icing on...love my Wilton's pro decorator...worth the price...then decorated it with some sprinkles.......feedback was very good... : P

Baked Doughnuts

My Mom told me son loves the mini doughnuts she bought from the bakery...friend told me abt this healthier baked version (as usual I modified it) so I decided to try since the boys are at my house again tonight....a little hard on the outside but soft on the inside and taste yummy...my nephew and bro liked it but son was a bit iffy, possibly due to the fact that he just had tons to eat before trying..hahaha...

Baked this yesterday...guess who took a bite out of it? Adjusted the recipe a little....got just the right amount this time! Raise very well...really fluffy....passed some to SAHM to try this morning..... : )
