Choux Pastry



Son loves this....he brings them in his lunch box stuffed with cheese and the next day stuffed with bananas!! Made extra and had durians so made durian puffs...

Oreo Cheesecake








Son requested for Oreo Cheesecake for his birthday...so here it is...I used 7 rolls of Oreos for this!!!! This recipe is taken off the net...claims to be Michael Smith's recipe...I did modify the recipe as usual...

Gooey Chocolate Pudding

Icebox Banana Cheesecake


Friends bought me a new cookbook for Xmas, Son flipped through it and asked if I could make this...very nice except that I couldn't find plain gelatin so I used orange jelly mix instead thats why it looks a little orangey...figured it couldn't hurt since the recipe had orange juice in it as well....Son loved the bottom crust
